The Railway Project Management Board invites interested contractors to provide consultation regarding the construction package for the Hanoi – Hai Phong railway section.

The consultation covers the following:
– Assessment of the feasibility of the proposed construction plan
– Feedback on the technical design of the high-speed rail system
– Proposals for construction solutions suited to local geological conditions
– Preliminary estimates of required time and resources

Consultation period: March 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026
