Railway Project Management Unit

PMUR is a public non-business unit under the Ministry of Construction, operating under a financial autonomy mechanism. It acts as the project owner and manages investment and construction projects specializing in railways, roads, and aviation infrastructure nationwide, while also providing project management and construction quality supervision consultancy services. It acts as the contracting and implementing agency for public-private partnership (PPP) investment projects when authorized by the Minister of Construction.
