The Railway Project Management Board invites interested contractors to provide consultation regarding the construction package for the Hanoi – Hai Phong railway section.

The scope of consultation includes:
– Assessing the feasibility of the proposed construction plan
– Providing feedback on the technical design of the high-speed rail system
– Proposing construction solutions suited to local geological conditions
– Providing preliminary estimates of required time and resources

Consultation period: From March 1, 2026, to March 31, 2026.
